About Us
We are a company specialised in underwater works. Founded in 2000 under the leadership of diving instructor Gordan Z., who has been professionally engaged in underwater operations since 1996.
Over the years, our team has independently completed a wide range of underwater works, such as: Installation and repair of underwater pipelines, Sandblasting of steel structures, Metal detection and seabed scanning with side-scan sonar, Recovery of sunken vessels, Coastal structure construction and wall restoration, Underwater cutting and welding, ROV inspections.
Our core specialisation lies in the installation and maintenance of floating pontoons and vessel
mooring systems.
Dubina Engineering was among the first to introduce pontoon and mooring installations in the
Adriatic Sea (Croatia), combining extensive experience and advanced equipment.
We’ve also developed innovations such as the ZUP joint and SSMA-19 eco-anchor, co-financed
by EU funds.
